Do you know what sliders are? Sliders are mini-burgers, ideal for crowds of people at children playdates, cocktail parties or BBQs. Their number one advantage is their miniature, compact size, enough to reduce hunger without leaving a heavy and bloated feeling, like you’ve overeaten. As with all burgers, kids love sliders and so do adults!
Since I usually make a bunch of these sliders at once, I like to mix and match. Sometimes I use different types of meat, other times various fillings ingredients, a playful way to add fun and variety. Check out my number one mini-burger recipe, I’m going to share with you today. Perfectly roasted meat (preferably on grill if possible) in-between two soft patties stuffed with fresh, crisp veggies and Jalapeño and paprika for a sizzling touch…mmm delicious!
