Cucumber-Mint Tequila is one of my favorite drinks and a perfect cocktail to relax to. Made with fresh mint leaves and chopped cucumber, it will refresh you, cool you down, and leave you wanting another one. It is delicious and prepared in no time. Below are the ingredients and instructions on how to make one.
Whole mint leaves
1/2 long cucumber, sliced into 4” sticks
3-4 limes, juiced
Pinch of kosher salt
Simple syrup, to taste
1 cup of ice
Take a pitcher, add Simple syrup to it, as much or as little as you like. Then squeeze the mint into the syrup. After that, cut up some slices of cucumber and add them to the mix. Let the ingredients sit for a couple of minutes before adding the lime, pinch of salt, and a cup of ice. Muddle all ingredients together, add Tanteo tequila and it is ready to be served.
