London Broil Recipe With Truffle, Honey, And Garlic 

Ingredients (Serves 4-6 people)
- 1 Tsp. olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- cup worcestershire sauce
- cup truffle oil
- 8 fresh crushed garlic cloves
- 2-3 Tbsp. montreal or mesquite seasoning
- 1 Tsp. salt
-¼ Tsp.ground black pepper
- 3 lbs london broil.

Directions
Whisk together the honey, worcestershire sauce, truffle oil, garlic cloves, montreal seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Place the London broil in a large ziploc or a glass pyrex and pour marinade over the meat. Place in the fridge and let meat marinade for at least 4 hours or overnight. Once the meat has marinated, preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Pour 1 tsp olive oil in a nonstick saucepan. Sear london broil on medium- high heat in a saucepan until brown on both sides.Once the meat is browned, place the london broil in a metal tin or glass pyrex and place in the oven. Bake until the meat is 141-142 degrees.

Tip: Use a meat thermometer for perfectly cooked,medium rare meat.
