Track Your OrderEvery piece in the collection begins with Elizabeth's hand, and each category travels differently. Here is exactly what to expect, from studio to doorstep.
Art Prints & Photography
Shipping. Every print is made to order: printed, signed, and packaged individually for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production, plus up to 7 days in transit once your print ships. You will receive tracking the moment it leaves the studio. If you require a rush order, please contact us info@elizabethsuttoncollection.com.
Returns. Because each print is custom made and produced specifically for your order, all print sales are final. This is not fine-print caution; it is the nature of made-to-order art. If your print arrives damaged in transit, we will replace it. Report any damage within 7 days of delivery to info@elizabethsuttoncollection.com with photos of the piece and its packaging, and a replacement goes into production.
Fine Art Originals & Custom Commissions
Shipping. Every original is one of a kind, and it travels that way. Your painting is crated in a custom-built wood box, made to fit your piece exactly, and shipped fully insured. Before you complete your purchase, we confirm your delivery address and send you a shipping quote, with and without insurance, so you know the full cost upfront. We always recommend insurance.
International collectors are welcome. Your shipping and import duties are quoted the same way, before purchase, and import duties are your responsibility.
Returns. You will see and approve your finished painting before it ever leaves the studio. Original works are final sale. Each painting is unique; it cannot be reproduced, restocked, or replaced. In the rare event your piece arrives damaged, we take care of it. Report any damage within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Home Décor & Dinnerware
Shipping. In-stock home décor and dinnerware ships within 2-3 business days. If an item is sold out on our site, email us a screenshot of the item at info@elizabethsuttoncollection.com and we will look into placing a custom order for you.
Returns. We accept returns on home décor and dinnerware within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at info@elizabethsuttoncollection.com and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. Once your return arrives at our atelier and is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items marked final sale are not eligible for refund or store credit. If anything arrives damaged in transit, we'll replace it or issue a refund.

After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All melamine dinnerware is additionally covered by our 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects; see the FAQ.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Standard delivery typically arrives in 4 to 7 business days. Need it sooner? Choose next-day or two-day shipping at checkout.
International shipping is available on all prints, melamine dinnerware, and home décor. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
Fine art originals and commissions are quoted individually, before purchase.
Damaged in Transit?
Within 7 days of delivery, email info@elizabethsuttoncollection.com with your order number and photos of both the item and its packaging. We resolve every claim, replacement or refund, and we make it painless. Because at the end of the day, we only want happy customers.
