If an item is sold out on our site, email us a screenshot of the item at info@elizabethsuttoncollection.com and we will look into placing a custom order for you. Returns. We accept returns on home décor and dinnerware within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at info@elizabethsuttoncollection.com and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. Once your return arrives at our atelier and is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items marked final sale are not eligible for refund or store credit. If anything arrives damaged in transit, we'll replace it or issue a refund.
